Coming off the heels of the widely successful "Deadpool & Wolverine," actor Hugh Jackman will return to the stage as he begins a 12-concert residency at Radio City Music Hall next year.
Jackman, 55, will showcase songs throughout his career, including musical selections from “The Boy From Oz,” "The Greatest Showman” and “The Music Man," Variety reported. Jackman has starred in previous musical roles including Tom Hooper's “Les Misérables” movie adaptation and revivals of “Oklahoma!” and “Carousel.”
The show, entitled "From New York With Love," is set to begin on Jan. 24, 2025, and consists of one weekend of shows per month in April, May, June and July until the final shows take place Aug.15 and Aug. 16.
Registration for early access to tickets for "From New York With Love" will continue until Thursday at 10 p.m., according to the show's website.
'I've been wondering what comes next'
Jackman announced the residency in a video shared on his social media pages, and the clip featured his "Deadpool & Wolverine" co-star Ryan Reynolds. The Marvel film opened in July and has grossed $1.3 billion globally, thus making it the highest-grossing R-rated movie in history and second-biggest movie of the year.

"A little over two years ago, Ryan sat in this very seat and announced to the world that'd I'd be coming back for 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' and it was the time of my life," the actor says in the video. "Ryan and I had such a great adventure together and I've been wondering what comes next. Hey Ryan? You wanna come to one of my live performances at Radio City Music Hall?"
Jackman had previously performed in the one-man shows "The Man. The Music. The Show World Tour" in 2019 and "Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway" in 2011.
